Went along yesterday with my brother Stevie and my niece Ruth. What a good night it was. Some really good football, some absolutely cracking goals(just seen one by Erin Cuthbert on the news just now) if this were the men's game it would be up for goal of the season, an absolute pearler! The football was great in front of more than 18 thousand folk.
But it's got to be said the SFA couldnae run a piss up in a brewery. There was some 8 thousand more folk than they expected. There weren't enough gates open, there weren't enough stewards and the stewards that were there(you've guessed it, run by G4S ) were clueless. Half an hour into the game and folk are still streaming into the ground, and nobody has a clue where to sit as the stewards seem to be playing guessing games. We were shown to our seats and I could see along the row the seats were already occupied. So I said Just sit anywhere, so we ended up in the posh seats.
Anyway, the game was good and the crowd enthusiastic.I'm sorry I couldn't really tell you who was playing as the player list in the programme doesn't have numbers next to the name. But my brother and niece pointed out the Hibbies and ex Hibbies of which there were a number.
So a good night and I hopefully will be getting along to a lot more of woman's game.

Watched it on bbc alba and enjoyed it, would have taken my daughter if it had been a weekend, think Scotland will find it hard against Japan, England etc over in France but best of luck to them.

Maybe, but now I've seen two matches in the flesh I'll be watching with interest.
