Reform Party Ltd: what it stands for

This was in the grauniad in August just past.....

Andy Burnham has dropped his support for capping political donations, causing anger among activists and Labour MPs who have long campaigned for change to the way parties are funded.

The prime minister has decided not to back amendments to the elections bill, which would cap the amount a person or an organisation can give in a single donation, according to government sources.

The decision comes after a lobbying campaign from Labour’s trade union backers, who said amendments to the bill, which returns to parliament for its remaining stages next week, could undermine their ability to donate to the party. It is also a retreat from the support Burnham gave to the idea just a few weeks ago, when he emailed a campaigner for electoral reform to say he would support a donations cap of £500,000.

And when it is election time the dafties should be allowed only one leaflet to post through the doors.

And it should be non shiny paper so they can be used as emergency bog rolls.

And they should all go around the schemes knocking on doors so we can tell them to fuck off or set the dug* on them.

*never had a cat as a pet before but from reading on here some of them are psycho so cats can also set about the dafties.

I used to send their election guff back in an envelope without a stamp so they had to collect it and fork out for the postage.
No idea if it actually had any effect but it made me feel better 🤣

Here’s a thing that fucks me off, you watch a programme like politics live and when a politician tries to prove a point they say it’s what they hear when they’re knocking on doors every week. I’m 75 and I’ve never had one knock on the door from the scheming hypocritical c#nts asking my opinion on anything

That's because it's an uncontestable statement. So if Farage is asked about the £5m personal donation he can say something along the lines of: that's just an issue for the liberal elite - what people on the doorsteps are saying...

"OI! Farage. That Amazon delivery is mine, put it back."

Reform leader in Wales has resigned after being arrested at the weekend.
He says he's not guilty of any crime.....

3 Reform councillors on Durham council quit after a Sky investigation.
Dropping like flies.

Once upon a time there was rumours that reform would support an independence referendum. Probably enough of a hint that some independence voters maybe voted for them in the last Scottish election.

I suspect this little stunt will put such rumours to bed.

Burnham and Farage should beware the fable of the Kilkenny cats

But even though the gloves are well and truly off and the stage appears set for an almighty punch up, it would surely be wise for both parties to drop their hands and turn their back on this particular fight.

Not merely because each potentially stands to lose a great deal from such a tit-for-tat squabble, but also because there are bigger issues at stake here – namely the right, in a free society, of political parties to seek funds from legitimate sources, and the prerogative of citizens and organisations to pledge their own money to parties whose objectives they share.

If a party is not able to attract sufficient support that people are willing to give it money to help advance shared beliefs and objectives, then frankly it shouldn’t be in the business of politics, and it certainly has no right to expect public money to help it stay alive. But if senseless and unnecessary rows over donations keep breaking out, that is where we may end up.

After an internal review reform Ltd has found reform Ltd have done nothing wrong when reform Ltd officials were recorded by an undercover journalist discussing a potential way to secure foreign donations to the party.

Nothing to see here 😆

The Met Police criminal investigation continues.

Is there a Reform Ltd investigation as to why 51 Reform Ltd councillors have resigned , defected or been arrested since May 2026?

Here is a reform Ltd councillor sent on to Newsnight to defend the reform Ltd investigation into the current overseas donations scandal.

BTW he's the one that was chucked out the despicable torys for sending unsolicited dick pics 😆

Man distrusts all politicians unless they're right-wing bastards

A MAN who claims all politicians are crooks and liars trusts them implicitly if they are right-wing, it has emerged.

IT manager Martin Bishop’s cynicism about politicians magically disappears if they share his views on issues like immigration, lazy public sector workers and the EU being a sort of mafia.

Bishop said: “The promises they make aren’t worth a bloody thing. Apart from all the ones who backed Brexit and voted for Rwanda, who you can believe in 100 per cent.

“They’ve all got their snouts in the trough, apart from businessmen like Trump who you can trust in power because of all the money they’ve made in the private sector.

“People say the Brexit promises about Turkey joining the EU and the £350 million for the NHS wasn’t true, but it wasn’t meant to be taken literally. It was more of a metaphor.

“Every single one of them is nothing but a filthy, dirty liar. Thank God we’ve got good men like Nigel Farage and the GB News crew keeping them honest.”

😆

For a party that wants to run the UK they've made a bit of a hash at running the councils they're responsible for! Bad enough but it seems they're even more inept at running their own party than previously thought 😆

A political party not even getting the political party admin right 😆 Deary me 😂

After being instrumental in pulling the UK out of the anti worker EU Bully Farage is campaigning to:

leave the ECHR
repeal the Equality Act
strip back workers rights
lift restrictions on exploitative zero-hours contracts.

Anyone feeling they've been had?

Those voting for this will be the first to complain should the unthinkable happen and these *&*^ form a government.
But its 'illegal immigration' that matters.
One of their famous misnomers.

So how do voters send a message to the established political party's?

The only way is by not voting for them.

Can any of yous explain just how we can tell the duopoly that they are shite?

Reform or the greens will be a disaster forming a government. That's obvious.

So alternatives then chaps. Let's hear some.

And especially down south immigration is a massive issue.

The duopoly are not going to do anything about it.

You just ignore the stats and evidence, some of which has been posted here.

That doesn't mean nothing is being done.
What stats and evidence proves immigration isnt an issue?.
And I dont think anybody on here actually wants reform or the greens to form a govt. What I would like them to do is give the duopoly a bloody nose and shake them out of the apathy they seem to be in about peoples concerns about immigration, defence, youth unemployment, lawlessness because thete's not enough police, fucking off the net zero drive towards financial oblivion.
I see the chancellor fucked up already counting money from rosebank or jackdaw, cant remember which one, that his govt want to refuse a licence to. Nothing about reducing the welfare bill or increasing defence spending, still, who needs a military when we can stock up with 3 days supply of water and cheap gherkins, that'll put the wind up Putin

The stats that show that immigration is coming under control having been allowed to run rampant under the torys and their right wing nutjobs that now make up reform Ltd and restore.

So how do the electorate show the duopoly that they are pissed off with them then?

Or have folk to just vote for more of the same?
