Plumber Help

Got a letter from the factor in to say the hot water overflow pipe that's pishing doon the side if the flat and I was going to make them aware of...is mine!

Is there a quick fix for this or should I just call the plumber gadges through my bank account insurance?

White plastic or copper small?

Could be a number of things mate

Aw J's a plumber. That's a relief was a bit worried at the last home game when he offered to clear my pipes at a discount

It's a big blue Fortic F1 combination cylinder (if that means anything) and there's no gauge on it.

that's from either a cold storage tank OR a feed and expansion tank..

does your boiler have a pressure gauge on it

If it does then its make than likely the ballvalve is fucked inside your CWSC

Turns out it does have one of those wee gauges but its bloody tiny!

Is it not up to your landlord to fix that?

I'm my own landlord unfortunately. Get on the property ladder they said, own your own home they said. Fucking appliances are all going kaput!
