PAOK v Olympiakos

So let me get this correct, thousands of flares were set of, some even thrown at players on the pitch?

So if you go by some Hibs fans logic when a single smoke bomb is set of at a Hibs game, there must have been a few deaths within the stand?

Organised displays in areas with Ultras are very different from a wee kid throwing a smoke bomb into his own fans.

Fair point Chester.

And yet such organised displays are just as banned in Scottish football.

The vast majority of "horrific" flare/smoke incidents in Scotland recently have, I believe, just been someone holding the flare or throwing it onto the pitch not lobbing the thing into the back of someones head.

Not to mention the fact you can get cold "burning" smoke bombs that have no fire danger what so ever.
