How the fuck did that ship manage to hit that? There's a big massive gap between the supports.
 
Ah now saying the ship apparently suffered power failures.
 
There were poor folk working on the bridge at the time. 2 survivors so far but cannae see much hope of anyone else surviving to be honest.

They are saying that sonar can see cars on the riverbed.
 
Heard on the radio it’s an unusual style, and the only similar bridge in Scotland is the forth rail bridge.

However a google reveals it’s a continuous truss bridge while the forth bridge is a cantilever bridge so I suspect that’s probably not entirely accurate.

It was "sport for all - diving" poster with a photo of the MacDonald/Benny (non) challenge on it.
 
Did Hibs no get into bother when Shades was asked in a programme against Der Hun who his favourite actress was and he said Ian McDonald?
 
Cannae mind exactly but for some reason Ian was the name that springs to mind.

Very successful geezer but didn't like parting with decent prices for work.

Aye he was that. Complete opposite when I was in his company in the boozer.
 
Business and personal. Two different things mate. Never spoke to him much but seemed ok when i did

I was only 14 at the time of the incident though I think the poster was up for 2-3 years afterward. I lived at the other side of town so I would only have snuck in on the odd match day.
