1pm: NIH, HA, Ned and Fizzy meet at venue for set-up. HA write auctioneer notes, label prizes.
5.40pm: NK take NIH and Fizzy to hotel
6pm: Meal at hotel, NIH explain running order and take running order

“A big welcome to Belfast everyone. It’s an honour for Northern Ireland Hibs to pay tribute to a legendary Hibby, as well as welome fellow fans from near and far.
We’ll hear a few words from our Guest of Honour Lawrie Reilly later, and most of all our thanks go to him for giving us the priviledge of honouring him tonight.

Former player and assistanct manager. A man who had a giant pair of shoes to fill and did it well - Jackie McNamara
Helped Hibs hold their own own on many occasions, for example against sides like Man Unt in 1980 - Ralph Callaghan
Former 1970/1971 Hibby and respected for his achievements with Motherwell too - Billy Hunter

NI Hibs are delighted with the support we receive from other Hibs organsations, and we’d like to thank you all for coming.
NI Hibs appreciate every person who has made the journey to Belfast tonight. But we’d like to particularly thank some people for their help. NED: What an incredible honour it is to be standing here again. Tonight is a very big night for the Nibbles (thanks for the nickname Keith!). That’s not only because we welcome our heroes and our Hibby friends from all over to our hometown, but because it is the fifth anniversary of NI Hibs: a wee organisation we’re very proud of.
NI Hibs exists thanks to the help from a lot of different people, and to say a big thanks to them is one of the reasons we put on these functions.
We’re hoping that this year will co be a big year for us: we plan to use funds raised tonight to set up a travel fund which we can use to buy plane tickets when they are cheapest. Last year I told you all that the aim of NI Hibs was regular travel, so we hope at last that we have made the final steps to get across to our beloved Easter Road very regularly each season. Explain how diff it is to get across - people here will appreciate how diff it is to get across.
We know you’ll support auction generously, and now you know that the money will be well spent: by getting more Hibbies and Hibby converts to Easter Road.
A huge thanks then for coming along tonight, and for your support, a night like tonight means a great deal for us and we’re glad you could all be here to celebrate all that is Hibernian with us.

Ned:We have something special which we had hoped to present to Hibs legend among the Belfast lads - Mr Eddie Turnbull. Eddie was due to accept a certificate from us making him our Honorary President but was unable to travel. He said though that he'd be delighted to receive it from us in Edinburgh, so until then 'get well soon' Eddie.
Ned: We also have a 2006 Honorary Membership for another legend among Hibbys - Mr Jim Murtha, known on the Bounce as Burbank Lilywhite, and we'll make sure he gets that.
Ned: We come now to the high point of the evening when we formally welcome a truly legendary Hibs hero. The numbers speak or themsemelvesthe: 185 goals, 253 league games, two league championships, 38 caps and one unforgettable partnership with a certain four unforgettable Hibbees. It’s a great, great honour to welcome a great Hibby, a commited Hibby to this very day Mr Lawrie Reilly.
