Myriad of tax changes

Had to make a call to HMRC last week about a tax anomaly and the conversation I had with the advisor left me feeling so uncertain that they knew what was going on re the new tax hreshholds I phoned them back afterwards and got a completely different answer from another advisor. It's a freaking minefield.

There's a lot of financial changes this week to council tax, income tax, car tax and pensions. Not sure many folk realise how many.

At least they got the £33K threshhold correct and didn't go with the oft quoted £26K.
