My Belfast weekend.

Alright lads, just spent great weekend in belfast courtesy of the George Best foundation, had the pleasure of meeting the great mans father and seeing the murals on the cregah estate followed by paying my respects at Roselawn.

My first visit to Belfast and thoroughly enjoyed my tour of the city and the not so nice falls rd and shankhill . Played golf in Castlerock on monday, lovely part of the world.

Stayed in Ballymena and did a helluva allot of drinking.

I,ll be back soon

Great stuff - I keep tell people to get over here for a session before it becomes all chain-pub-commercialised.

I went to Bestie's funeral (stood near Stormont) but haven't been to Roselawn and not sure if I ever will.

Glad you liked Ballymena, there are some OK pubs but they're will hidden among all the crappy boozers!

See we're not as bad as the Tv makes us out to be....

Still a lot more to be seen and some belter golf courses with reasonable green fees...
And good drinking to be had every where...

Been across for the ice hockey at the O, also drunk with Giants fans over the play-off weekend in Nottingham and when they visit Edinburgh in their usual large numbers; all fantastic experiences, wonderfully warm people.
