Was doing a bit of shopping in Morrisons at lunchtime today, when i heard some announcement over the tanoy - not properly. Anyway, i'm getting on with filling my basket where it occured to me that just about everyone had stopped what they were doing and stood in silence, i carried on for a bit till i tippled it must have been for the victims in Tunisia.

I did join in for the last few seconds so to speak but felt uncomfortable standing there not really knowing why. Did anyone else have a similer experience today regarding this?

Greggs in Bonnyrigg, I was browsing at the sandwich fridge and heard one of the staff say something about 12 o'clock but never clicked. There was a few in front of me and by the time I had decided tae forget the sannie and ask for a steak bake, there was just me and 4 staff behind the counter and I made a joke about 1 at a time ladies :doh
Must have been about 2 seconds of the 60 gone but it felt more like an hour. My apologies were accepted.:Embarassed:
