He def has earned his corn and can't see him turning down Sheff Utd TBH.

Assuming he does go, though, who will Well replace him with? Reckon Allan Moore, the Morton boss, could be in with a shout.

The reality for clubs outside the Old Firm in Scotland...if you finish second or third in the SPL you lose your better players and more than likely your manager as well. Motherwell have recovered from adversity before, and they are going to have to do it again. What they do have going for them is a good set-up at Fir Park where new managers and new players just seeem to fit in seamlessly.

I reckon Paul Hartley will be the new boss assuming McCall does go.
