Disabled fans attending matches at Easter Road are being offered more blue badge spaces starting this Sunday.
After positive discussions with the City Council and the Safety Advisory Group, more blue badge disabled parking is available on matchdays at the following locations:
· North side of Hawkhill Avenue, between St.Clair Street and eastwards towards the traffic lights at the Lochend Butterfly Way
Existing Extension
This parking extension is in addition to the existing longstanding Blue Badge parking on both sides of St.Clair Street.
I'm delighted that additional local parking has been found for blue badge-holders and hopefully, this will greatly assist more accessible supporters attending matches at Easter Road. This is being run as a trial until the end of the season and I’ll continue to push for further improvements where necessary.
