Suspect his deal was only until the end of the season if they didn't survive.
 
It was an old pals act from Strachan.
Was never going to work out.
McGee is yesterdays man. A great striker in his day, but IMO has always been an overrated manager who still managed to secure job after job.

McGhee was a great striker at Aberdeen in their great spell. Strong and kept the ball in close, held it up or turned the defender.
 
I'm sure he'll pick up a job somewhere at the lower end of football, guys like him always seems to get jobs despite being awful at their job
 
Feel for mcpake. Who knows if he might have kept them up. Bonkers decision to bin him.
