I just wondered if anyone had come across this thing which is all over the net at the moment. Another get-rich-quick scheme?

Are there really any conventional ways of making ordinary, legitmate income from the net?

That's a get rich quick scheme - it has all the hallmarks. Looks like some kind of click-fraud or similar. Don't touch it.

A good writer (know any, Stu?) can make money from the internet by blogging. Find a niche, become an authority and you can make a lot of cash. Generally it has to be very focused on a certain subject.

There are also personality bloggers (Perez Hilton, The Bloggess etc.) who make a ton from advertising on their blogs.

This lady makes lots of dosh by explaining the meaning of words on YouTube. She's a pulchritudinous philologist.

She's also got really great boobs.

Basically creating a website with loads of stuff that people want to look at or buy is the only real way of legitimately making lots of money on the web. Unfortunately, that involves loads of hard work.
