Anyone had to get an emergency passport going to Benidorm in 2 weeks and cant find mine

Go on the Gov.uk, your supposed tae tell them so they cancel it. Probs tell yi what you need for a replacement on there tae.

I lost mine but it was about 40 yr ago! Had to rumble up an old school janny who was now a cooncillor as a witness and go through to Glasgow.
This was after I got back to Embra after visiting friends in NI....
I got there too late (5mins) and they refused to help so ended up going to the old main Post Office down in Waterloo place for a temp emergency passport, which after a bit of humming and hawing by the kiosk woman, I was finally given.
Got back to Holland the next day and got a phone call telling me the lost passport had been found down the back of the bed I was sleeping in.
Dodgy times mind. As mentioned, I lost the passport in NI and the cops were VERY distrustful when I had to report it!

My mate had to go through to Glasgow and pay extra prior to euro 24.
But its worth asking in Tollcross Post Office if you are near there. I had trouble doing either my passport or driving licence in several post office branches but Tollcross post office on Home street sorted it out without any fuss. If they cannae do anything, they do sell cold Chocomel, wich will a nice treat for the journey to the Glasgow passport office.
