''The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, or the one.'' Spot on Mr Spock. Couldnae put it better myself.

So long Leonard.

You have to be quick on here!

Death of an icon... I grew up with Star Trek; such fond memories..... RIP Live long and Prosper...

Gutted. I knew he was ill but didn't expect it to be the end just yet.
So grateful to him for coining the phrase I use as my signature on here

I can remember fighting over who went to see my granny with my mum on a Monday night in the dim and distant days of black and white tv. She was the one in the family who had a colour tellybox in those days.

Live long and prosper is sadly now rest in peace. True icon.

Childhood hero gone.

Lived long and indeed prospered.

Doesn`t make it any less shitey.

Strange thing was, he was as funny as fuck off-Spock/screen, and could have got away with stand-up.

Cheerio mah man. :violin

The crew of the USS Enterprise are slowly leaving us to boldly go.....There`s only Kirk left now. :sad

R.I.P. Mr Spock.

You better tell George Takei, Walter Koenig and Nichelle Nicolls they should be deid then.

I wonder if his ashes (if that is what is to become of his remains) will be sent into 'The Final Frontier' in the same way as Jimmy Doohan's were when he passed away.

Death is logical Mr Smith. You shouldn't let your human emotions get in the way of such things. That would be illogical.

Gutted. The Original Series finished the year after I was born, but it was all over the BBC until the 80's, and I loved it from childhood. A brilliant character, a brilliant actor, and a lovely man to boot. I hope that people are still watching you in a thousand years' time, Sir!
