It's been going on forever in Westminster. A bit late getting all humpty about it now.

One possible benefit of independence would be that we could start again and at least put some sort of limit on these sorts of political donations. Westminster is a cesspit of corruption, I've almost given up trying to keep up with it.

The modern Kindly Ones embrace their Twitter Youth acts and actions as a means to an end.

And a lot of the modern Kindly Ones tolerate no opposing view to theirs.

Double plus bad is Newspeak which was the means to an end in Orwells 1984.

The JK Rowling point is that some of the same arseholes who have exploited the death of the lad for their own means.

Everyone was beastly to him.

And then join in the attacks on JK Rowling and actively want her to be murdered or kill herself.

Andy Burnham will send “mansion tax police” to homes to decide whether the owners should pay thousands of pounds more under the new levy, The Telegraph can disclose.

HMRC valuation agents will be able to demand entry to properties to assess whether they are worth more than £2m and therefore liable for the levy.

Homeowners who refuse an inspector entry would be committing a criminal offence, punishable by a fine of up to £200.

The move has been described as a “sinister assault on civil liberties” and an invasion of privacy.

To identify which homes will be subject to the levy, HMRC agents will use third-party data and publicly available information to value properties.

But ministers have now admitted – through answers to a series of parliamentary questions posed by the Conservatives – that Government inspectors will also carry out “internal inspections”.

There's no evidence to suggest he's a Nazi. No evidence to suggest he's a fascist whatsoever. Unless you have some evidence? And please don't embarrass yourself by saying some ex school friends said he said XYZ 50 odd years ago...

I genuinely hope he doesn't become Prime Minister as I don't believe he has the attributes to be PM. I am no fan of his political party that's a collective of failed Tories looking for a career opportunity.

However, I find it pretty laughable how in 2026 someone who IMO correctly wants proper controlled immigration and borders is somehow racist. He's no more racist or a fascist than Margaret Thatcher was and she was also neither.

The fascist/nazi insult means nowt these days. National Socialism was a racially based ideology who seen Jews as a parasite to be hated.

Now I'm sure over the last few years an ideology has taken hold that sees Jews as a folk to be hated.

The anti Nazis now have an ideology that the Nazis had. The new Kindly Ones.

Ah, so we’re just to ignore the accounts of his past from people he went to school with and in some cases bullied. 👍 Leopards and spots comes to mind with old frog face.

For someone who doesn’t want him or his business in power, you certainly seem to be his cheerleader on here. Jimmy just likes to chuck grenades.

So no evidence apart from what some who were at school with him claim he said? That's it?

I was at Greendykes Primary and then Portobello High. Most of us used all sorts of words and language as kids growing up we'd now be more than uncomfortable with. Racism was common. As was mocking disabled folk. Homophobia.

And I'm not his cheerleader. I'm only trying to give balance.

The irony of you and @Jack cheering on the London Westminster UK Parliament establishment looking to take down Farage is incredibly funny.

This could well be a policy that could bring in thousands of votes for Reform.

I can't see any of the other party's especially Labour embracing something like this.......

Thatchers biggest diasterous privatisation in British history , the Right to Buy, didnae help you or anyone else pal, except for those ' buying my wee mother's hoose' brigade. For what it's worth the SNP government are the only ones who have belatedly if I remember correctly have stopped it for, new build Scottish council housing. Though never voted SNP in my life, I support this unconditionally.
