Doesn't make it right but please tell me who isn't breaking international law? I find folk rushing to the defence of an abhorrent Iranian regime mystifying. But i get for some the hatred for all things Israeli or American supercedes everything.

But if your only prism is that any criticism of this is anti American, anti Israel or pro Iran than you are going to see it that way.

Here's an alternative view. The region is a tinderbox. To pile in with a military attack which is, apparently, about regime change is highly risky. Evidence or recent attempts at this is not promising. What is certain is that lives will be lost, lots of them. And where's the off ramp? But that won't be a concern of the armchair generals.

I've not seen anyone who isn't concerned it could turn into another shit show. The region is indeed a tinderbox, and largely thanks to Iran. Certainly I haven't seen the kind of apparent naievete that argues for a single state solution to Palestine, in the belief it would result in other than the eradication of the Jewish population (and then non Muslim Arabs) . Mind you I say apparent because for some it's clearly fake: they know fine what would happen.

Nor, incidentally, have I seen anyone accusing those concerned at tinderbox conditions of islamophobia.

You maybe need to spend less time on twitter Archie because you seem to encounter a lot of radges that it is not easy to stumble upon by accident.

I hate neither America, Americans, Israel, nor Jewish people except for zionist murdering scumbags like Netanyahu and the IDF but nice try. Great that you can justify international law breaking with a shrug and a flippant "Well, who isn't doing it"

Ok. You make a 'joke' with the punchline that France and the UK are Muslim countries, which is obviously not true. What's the point of the 'joke'? To make a statement about immigration and the so called 'islamification' of the UK. So really just another opportunity to beat the drum.
 
Trump says Irans new leaders have reached out for talks which he's open to, they now know they should have took the deal. Also looks like Trumps plans for a uprising are not coming to fruition hundreds of thousands on the streets of Tehran mourning the death of there leader seemingly.

Not at all justifying it. Far from it. We are living in a horrendous world. If given a choice though I know the side I'm on.

Where would you rather live? Iran or Israel?

So called islamification???? Its happening.
Do you listen to muslim MPs in Parliament going on about everything except what's important to the majority of people in this country? Standing up for cousin marriages, going on about gaza, whats happening in Pakistan etc.
Muslims in the UK telling a policewoman this is a Muslim area.
It was a barbed joke and I make no apologies for my stance on this .
Anyway keep your head in the sand

So you would prefer living under a regime that over the years has murdered hundreds of thousands of its own citizens, or rapes them, tortures them, blinds them. Which murders girls for showings their hair and gays for who they are? Which is reesponsible for most of the carnage in the region including Gaza?

All that is preferable to living alongside 'zionists' in a liberal society?

And yet your beloved party has just been streamrollered because of it. It's leader and key cabinet members are projected to lose their seats because of it. Hopefully they have the integrity not to let this influence their politics, persons of great integrity as they are.
 
Did anyone see Trump's speech on the news just now. It was truly straight out of Dr Stangelove. Also Starmers poodle like latest subservience to American Imperialism. The most hated Prime Minister as I predicted a year before the last election has just upped that several notches.
