Internet security

AVG is free and OK.

I bought trend micro cheap with a new laptop recently and its quite good at blocking doidgy web sites.

I've got AVG, it's pretty good.

Also have Malwarebytes' Anti Malware and CCleaner which are useful.

Have always used AVG's free versions and have never had a virus.

My mate's an IT manager with U-Switch and speaks highly of it.

Good enough for me.

You get what you pay for.
You should check them out and see if they do the stuff that's important to you.

AVG does the basics.

I have McAfee and it seems quite effective.
My work IT guy recommends it, so if anything goes wrong I can beat him to a pulp with a clear conscience. That's important to me.

I have Kaspersky 2010 internet security used to have zone alarm as soon as i installed kaspersky (30 day free trial on their site).I found 3 viruses and 5 spyware you can get it on the net for 19.99 for 3 computers for 1 year.On offer of the day (website)they are advertised for as little as5.99 for 3 users for a year
