The days of the fat cat bankers are numbered, and they won't be dipping their grubby paws into our hard earned pots for much longer. I can see that, much in the way Easyjet revolutionised air travel leaving dinosaur traditional airlines to go bust, there will be a new breed of low-cost value-for-money bank that will flourish.
The low-cost banks will succeed because they will not pay their already hideously wealthy managers bonuses that would bankrupt a small state, but every employee will earn their fair crust and be rewarded in the same way hard-work and commitment are rewarded in most other industries and sectors, by incremental but modest rewards, and promotion.
I'm off to surf for a new bank, and if I can't find one, then I'll start one myself. Actually, that's a good idea, so please send me all your money.
