I hope Scotland have a very good World Cup and will support them all the way. However they are made up with players from clubs that we hate.
I now put this question.
Would you rather see Hibs win the Scottish Cup, or Scotland win the World Cup?
My vote would be for Hibs.

I'd be surprised if anyone disagrees.
For me it's not really an either/or as I pretty much hate football as a sport so apart from Hibs I don't care who wins what (apart from the huns 🤬🤬🤬)
But to answer your question, Hibs are in my DNA so Scottish cup all day long.

One will probably happen again in our lifetime, the other is total fantasy.
I’d go Scotland over Hibs on this one. Hibs winning the cup at Hampden was stunning, a tremendous day and game… but the Denmark game was a close as you could possibly get to matching it, a mind blowing game.

I'm with you, the Denmark game was completely unreal, and I'd go Scotland WC all day. I think a better comparison would be "Scotland World Cup or Hibs win the league" -- that would be a lot harder.

I’ve seen Hibs win a SC, it was tidy. Was on the pitch, ran a bus of mentalists and spent the next 24 hrs on Leith Walk/ The Kirkgate celebrating with pals. I’ve never seen Scotland win the WC but I’m heading out to Boston with hope springing eternal.
I’m smoking grade A SJM international legend status midfield dominator bud with a strand of Andy Robertson el capitano lifting the sexiest trophy in all of football

Then when Hertz next celebrate the 40th Anniversary of not winning the league it will be Ingerlunds 100th year anniversary of only winning WC once.

I made a deal with God. The first part was delivered and a wee bonus for Hibs the following week.
Should the Cheif upstairs decide on the second part, well who am i to question it.

Living in England and hearing the shite about Scotland for most of my life, I will go with Scotland winning the World Cup. I'd be walking on air forever.
 
One has a realistic chance of happening , the other doesn't.
So in that fantasy world I would go with Scotland winning the World Cup.

Living in Scotland and hearing the shite about England for over 40 years I can still honestly say I have never been in the ABS camp but sometimes it can be a close run thing.
