The latest from our Hibs columnist Ian Colquhoun!

I'll not hold my breath... I'm not watching the derby or listening to it on the radio... I'll check the score later after the games finished..my nerves can't take it.

We'll try not to lose. Not convinced it's the same thing as trying to win.
See with that. I'm wondering what the support will want SDG to do.

Will the majority be happy if we go in all guns blazing, potentially hammering them, but could actually get counter-attacked and beat? Happy that at least we went at them, kind of thing?

Or would the support go tits at that and say, nah we should've kept it tight and not allowed them chances to win?

Crikey this is gonna be a tough one!

Gung ho attack, or cautious hit on the break....

I don't care as long as we take three points.
Happy to get my tits bored off for a result.

I like it.

I don't think guns blazing is the answer, although it might she'll shock Hearts with the unexpectedness of it.
Keeping it tight and playing our normal game would play directly into their hands and work in their favour.

Playing in a way that allows them a point is to their benefit. Not ours.
We have to play to win.

If we keep it tight and try and play for a draw we'll end up with the same result as the last couple of derbys at Tynecastle. Beat in the last few minutes.

And that would be completely unacceptable.

Totally. I'll be tempted to leave if it's 0-0 with 5 or so to go, because I just know what'll happen.

Be like me then and just accept that we’re going to lose. Anything else is a bonus.
