You would honestly think these pricks invented analytics the way they go on about this Jamestown man they're fucking roasters 😂😂 they literally left one of their Jamestown finds on the bench for the biggest game in their history.

They'll have a shit season next and moan the analytics is shite, they'll soon learn selling all your best players doesnt work in the long run.

What a love most about these idiots is the delusion. They actually believe they're going to regularly challenge the weegies man it's fucking hilarious. They'll finish bottom 6 next season! Aye or letting your captain leave for free 😂😂

Was going to wind up a jambo pal today but his wife warned me off it because he would literally storm off in the huff. Truly incredible stuff

Another story I heard was some jambo at a large banking company situated near the gyle had a Celtic fan manager who wound him up so he wrote a formal complaint haha

Had wee peek on sickback for a laugh and found this belter

We could buy Murrayfield from the egg chasers, we'd fill it..........and a Murrayfield full of Jambo's
would put the fear of god into the uglies
:D

Somebody needs.to.come up.with a word for their delusion

Guntlusion 😉. I'm sure their is better than that though.😋

How many did they get when they did play there?

they've literally became their big brothers feeder club, they'll be renaming the broomloan the Bloomloan at this rate

You wonder if this is the model that will develop in future, it becomes more obvious that good players and talent will be shipped along the M8. The cheeks have tried get players from Motherwell, but they’ve managed to resist. Long may Hibs do as well.

Vrancken is a real gamble for Hearts.

They are hoping he has the same impact that Askou had last season with Motherwell.
Thing is they have now put complete faith in Jamestown analytics for their whole football operation.
Reason for that is that they seem to think that Bloom and his box of tricks was the key to them coming so close to the league title last season.
They now see themselves as a part of a new "big three" in Scotland rather than the old big two.

I was reading an article yesterday when it was implied, and I don't know if this was a quote from their new manager or not, but that one of the reason he chose to
come to Hearts was "champions league football". Reality is that it's extremely unlikely that Hearts will get anywhere near Champions league football..
Hearts success last season was down to McInnes ability to grind out wins consistently in the SPL, and his ability to make Hearts very hard to beat, and Celtic and Rangers having desperate seasons at the same time. Also the players they already had at their club.

Jamestown had very little if anything to do with it from what I could see.

A mini hun on the ship with a hun top on - Shankland 7.

That's going to drive gunts mad 😆

Their set piece coach is off to Celtic now too 😅

Should be an interesting year 😆

The establishment stripping them back to the bare bones. Funny as fuck for us but it really shows you the monopoly of the gruesome twosome is not to be messed with.
Its like a mafia set up. What with them getting all the big decisions and media coverage.
I'm old.enough to remember them doing the same with Aberdeen in the 80s. Black, Mcghee, Cooper, Robertson, Hewitt Stark all ended up at one or the other. Ferguson would have also but the fact he had Rangers connection ruled him out of the smellies, and he had already booted out of hunco because he had a cafflik wife prevented this..

Its tragic really, but it's all better than the gunts winning the league, so nobody gives a fuck.

Have a chuckle. All isn't going well.

Hearts feeling like a tarted-up feeder club might sit easily on the shoulders of some fans.

But not with me. It gives me the utter fear and a shuddering concern for Wouter Vrancken, which I genuinely hope is unfounded.

I’m getting accused of moaning by my Jambo pals, but I can’t shift a sour feeling as the new boss gets down to work in Spain with an army of signings.

Vrancken has my best wishes, but he might be behind the eight-ball already.

Has any club in the history of football come within three minutes of winning a title and then been torn apart and dismantled so much within about three weeks?

Seriously, I feel as if I am going to go to the first game of the new season and I am not going to recognise half of the Hearts team. I can only think: How can this happen?

I watched Vrancken’s first interviews and was impressed. His track record seems good. But, even for him coming into the club, it feels tough given players are in the door that he may not even know.

Sure the Derek McInnes’ departure was a curveball and has put the new boss in this tricky position, but Hearts signed about eight new faces before he got to pre-season camp.

Could you imagine Vrancken taking training for the first day this week, then sitting having a coffee with his coaching staff in the evening thinking six of these recruits are hopeless?

I hope I’m wrong. I hope they’ve all lit up the manager’s life within a couple of days.

But if it’s gone the other way, he’s absolutely goosed before it even starts and I’m just unsure about pinning our hopes on a raft of signings being right. I believe we’re on dangerous ground hanging all our hats on a computer.

Some might say I’m whining for nothing and that gem after gem might be unearthed. We get stars we could never have spotted. That’s the model.

I get all that and I don’t mind that being part of a structure, but I just don’t like the notion of it being the be-all-and-end-all.

Now I don’t know whether it’s Graeme Jones that’s making the signings through Jamestown, or it’s Jamestown Analytics saying: Graeme, we’re having him, him and him. If the latter is the case, that would give me even more of the fear.

I remember the outcry when Vladimir Romanov was bringing his players due to a notion that managers felt forced to pick them, but I look at this just now is that feels worse.

Tony Bloom has done great for the club to this point, yet I worry we are, like I said, becoming a tarted-up feeder club.

It all seems to be accepted by a number of fans because we’re in a football period where it is all about analytics.

Here’s an example. I hear them going on about Arsenal and their set-play stats and analysis. Declan Rice gets lauded for corners, yet he’s just hanging them up there or nailing them on top of the keeper because boys like Gabriel would header their missus to get there first. It’s all dressed up now into something it’s not.

Every fan had the time of their lives last season. Unity between players, club, management, fans. I felt if we could have kept that spine in place, whilst adding in key areas, we can go close again. But, within days, it started to go wrong when Lawrence Shankland left. The next phase was brutal.

I watched kids walking into Tynecastle every week with the names of their heroes on the back of their strips and they are all gone.

Players come and go in football all of the time. That’s just part of the game, you accept that, but this isn’t just tweaks. This has been a unit dismantle and the manager has disappeared as well.

Lawrence, Beni Baningime and Cammy Devlin might be gone but Craig Halkett is still there yet he’s going to be out until virtually the end of the year.

Listen, Del and Lawrence were always going to go because it was Rangers and I understand that, but there seemed no fight to keep them. It was just like: Righto, see you boys later.

Fans are texting me saying: Oh, you’ve got to trust Jamestown and all that and I want it to work.

I actually think it would work if it’s bringing in three or four players. But this is like a whole new team.

Jamestown have unearthed some excellence. Take Claudio Braga. But not everyone has been like that and folk get swept away by the romance of it all.

Jordi Altena, for example. Good player. I don’t mind him at all. But Mark O’Hara, who has just left St Mirren to go back to Kilmarnock, is just as good as him.

I understand the fans want Jamestown to do well and the Bloom fairy story to keep adding chapters and I’d be the happiest guy on the planet if I was wrong about this season.

Genuinely. I want the club to keep climbing. I want to be wrong and the club to do what they last season all over again.

But I just can’t shake the worry that it could all go wrong, Vrancken is going to start off with a hand behind his back and need snookers for the rest of the season.

At last someone with a gorgie affiliation is seeing what everybody else sees.Im sure the new manager is a decent coach but having to wrestle with half of your best players gone or going and replaced by signings you know nothing about and neither do the backroom staff at the pbs has got all the hall marks of a shitshow and stevenson is merely pointing that out. It will only take a few losses for the deluded natives to get restless. Bloom is about to find out that hearts fans are great when its going well but quite the opposite when the brown stuff hits the fan. Could be another carlsberg season incoming.
