HEARTSED IT!!!!!!

Collum and his VAR review board back up my thoughts.
The Celtic penalty against Motherwell was correct, but Hearts should have had a penalty in their game at Fir Park.

‘Shanks’ endearing himself to the Gunt support , one of the Msm reporting him saying that hearts should move on now from the disappointment of loosing the league
:yams1:

And that’s why the league was changed to suit rantic.
They could not sustain themselves if the league continued that and look how it has destroyed the game

I think that season is the only one that neither of them even got a place. Celtic had gone about 10 years without winning the league.

And Hibs would’ve won the title for the 3rd year in succession in 50/51 simply on today’s GD
Hearts scored 28 more goals that season than Champions Kilmarnock...and still lost the league to them because they conceded 16 more than them !
Unreal.

Celtic finishing in eighth spot.....they hired Jock Stein from Hibs later that year and the rest is history.

I seem to remember Celtic finishing fifth in I think the 1977/78 season and missing out on European football.

My Dad used to take me and my brother through to Celtic Park a lot in the very early 90s, can mid going to a midweek game and there must have been under 20k at the game. Best fans in the world... except when they're shite. Paul McStay was massively overrated too!

Every fan base in Scotland is the same. When I first started going to ER in the 80's over 5000 was a good attendance. The Huns, Hertz were also the same.

A winning team brings in the crowds.

Look at the crowds when Aberdeen & Dundee Utd were at the height of their European exploits. Ok they weren't huge stadiums but they were packed every week.

Loads of games at Parkhead with less than 20,000 in those days

Aberdeens average attendance in 1982/83 was 15,700.
It did rise after they won the super cup, but only by 1,500.
And at that time pittodrie held upward of 24,000.
It was only occasionally packed for domestic games.

I lived in Aberdeen 1978-1986. I don't recall having to buy a ticket for a league game.

Just seen the Tim’s got fined £7500 for there fans running on pitch on the final day.

Surely they should off got points deducted😂😂😂

Excellent.
The Gunts fantasy tales just about as embarrassing as their claims of expelegation in the covid season.
They really are a laughing stock.

Sure I have that pic somewhere…..
