Hearts looking at Hibs ground share?

I hope tae fuck this is a bad joke why on earth would we even consider this pish they fuckers just about had us killed off absolute bullshit if you ask me but I'm seething in even thinking of this shite mini rant over

But surely "The Famous" wouldn't be wanting to use a wee diddy stadium like ours? Surely the Emirates or the Eitihad is more for them. :rollfloor:rollfloor

The thought of them out numbering us at Easter road for one of our away games to them....

Nah, no chance. Hibs can and should say no.

pish

if anything its part of the warmin up of the idea that they'll have tae leave the asbestosdome and relocate tae a built for purpose stadium blah-blah-3rd force in scottish fitba blah-blah champions league blah-blah put the price of season tickets up

budgie will be wantin her dough back plus whatever else she can as a mark up, shes a successful business woman ffs no a dewey-eyed grannie lookin efter her bairns

though wi the savilles employment record that last bit might be a better idea :lookaround:

This won't happen for obvious reasons...but it's clear Hearts don't have a pot to piss in. They are going to be faced with major problems with the redevelopment of their stadium. Their fans won't like it when they are unable to overspend on players wages like they have been since the turn of the millenium..they will be operating at the same level as everyone else bar Celtic and maybe even less.

Hearts will ask to ground share. Their supporters will see it as a giruy to sell more season tickets at our place than us.

HIBERNIAN football club shoul never, ever let this happen.

I'd allow it with a couple of caveats.
As long as they pay up front for the use of the facilities....
And our "away ties" against them (max of 2 per season) will be held at murrayfield. Should ensure that we are not locked out of our own home and would generate a nice income stream for us (and the sru)

Usual arrogance from them to bring it up or to think that we'd even consider it. The can f'off to Muddyfield or Livi or West Bubblefu** and they can take their ikea flatpack ImAFanny stands with them anaw.

" The Jambos chairwoman is currently looking at plans to renovate or rebuild the ramshackle main stand at Tynecastle ".

This`ll be the same ramshackle main stand that they were trying to get protected status for, just last year then.

For a season? Why not? Rod would see the . In this.

How much did Aberdeen charge ICT for the use of the dung heap for a season?

Rod would probably ask for a cut of the gate money too!!!!

I don't see why folk get so irate about it. If hate a shared stadium, but making them our tenants, with them paying of the stadium mortgage for us, why not?

I don't think ground-sharing in Scotland can work for the simple reason that our pitches could not withstand being played on every week.
Besides, Easter Road's too good for them.

Let them stick to their wee ground with its stink of yet to be drunk p@@s.

The reality of Romanov's lack of investment in the ground will hit them hard and this time there is no

jiggery pokery to circumvent it. Arrogant cheats. Edinburgh's shame.

In the Times today that Edinburgh Rugby want to play at Easter Rd. We'll have more tenants than a Polish flat.

" Hearts line up 400,000 bid for Croatian Under-21 star "

:rollfloor :rollfloor :rollfloor

Are there journalists who actually believe this pish...

A move to Easter Road would be good for Edinburgh Rugby as they need a smaller venue than Murrayfield to generate an atmosphere.

Financially it might make sense for Hibs, but from a football point of view it would not be good for playing football.

I say this as a fan of both clubs.

Maybe with the income from the egg chasers they could invest in these artificial sunlight gantry thingys that other stadia have.

agreed big fish. If the rugger lads could guarantee minimal disruption to our hallowed turf, then aye, suppose they could become tenant.

Gunts can royally GTF. cheats, cheats perverts and cheats. The lot of them.

Hibernian should take every step to gain every advantage and if that means putting the Gunts at a disadvantage, or even an inconvenience, then Hibernian should take that stance. (and not think of income all the time)

This should be done in all facets of our dealings. The city first and foremost then the rest of the country.

Maybe start this mentality and before long we may collectively stop gnashing our teeth at e.g the Guntts and their desire to fuck Hibernian over at EVERY opportunity they can.

to surmise, fuck hertz :coffee:

If Edinburgh rugby came in wouldn't we be able to use their own pitch people to help keep it in best shape possible?

We're already semi synthetic, what's to say we won't upgrade again.

I'd still rather Easter Road was home to Hibs and Hibs alone.
