It is pish,The quicker they set up an online booking system the better IMO.

The view behind the goals is absolutely awful,So folk got in early for the North and South stands.

ive not got a season ticket this season, so shouldnt really be moaning but i will!!

for normal games ive found the ticket office excellant, phone late afternoon to order tickets all seaon and they have been on the doorstep the next morning. in that respect then well done.

however when the big games come along, i think its fair to say that we really arent geared up for it??


but when it comes to out of towners it can be a bit of a nightmare, i had planned to use my dundee united stub on saturday morning. do you think thousands will have the same idea??????

WENT DOWN TODAY TO GET ME AND MY KIDS TICKETS FOR SATURDAYS GAME (HIBS KIDS), BUT WAS TOLD WOULD HAVE TO JOIN QUEUE FOR SEMI TICKETS, CANT GET SEMI TICKET UNTIL FRIDAY, HIBS KIDS TICKETS HAVE TO BE BOUGHT BY THURSDAY, TRAVELLED FROM MIDCALDER, WHEN GOT HOME PHONED EASTER ROAD, WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND THEN THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME LOOKS LIKE MY KIDS WON'T BE GOING TO GAME ON SATURDAY, GREAT WAY TO GET KIDS INTERESTED.:banger:

Went down yesterday morning 10.45, queued for 3 hours and no tickets left for the south lower. What happened to the south lower tickets? Did everyone in front of me buy tickets for that area?

Anyway have tickets now and can't wait for the game :bbb:

This is causing me a bit of a problem as well.

Stay in Perth so cant make it to the ticket office. Tried phoning yesterday (all day continual redial) and never got through.

I got through on the phone today and was told that they were only dealing with semi-final tickets! Was more persistant and eventual got the foreign sounding guy to say he'd phone me back and deal with it.

No phone call back (surprise surprise) and phoned again mid afternoon.

Same response of dealing with semi tickets only. Pushed a bit harder and was told they could take details but as they didn't have access to computers they said the seats may be in different area's. I explained that my 4 year old girl might not be too keen on that but the idea of a 4 year old sitting in a different area from her dad seemed lost to the person dealing with me.

Asked to speak to someone else and eventually got passed on to another member of staff.
I was told that they would deal with it but probably not for a couple of days. No guarantees given on when they'd be in touch or where we may end up sitting.

I'm south upper basicly right in the corner:banger: Would have prefered to be lower down but after a 3 hour wait I was just happy to get back to the car and get some heat and a seat. 4 windows is nowhere near enough. Next season will be madness with the early birds chucked in aswell

i will be sitting in a seat enjoying myself, us hibees beating them smelly jambos who are rubbish, and lets hope that the rix AND jim duffy sacking is good for hibs

Got mines for the east stand, although service was guff, stopped the queue at 3.30 could have sold few hundred more IMHO. All the crap about the family stand you cant sit you you need to seat here or here etc. 18quid adult ticket a hud to pay :(
 
got mine at 12.30, north stand d2 row r, got to try and get another for my mate hopefully close to mine,boy at the ticket office doesn't fancy my chances, north stand selling like hot cakes.
