Not looking to sell Big heid, but would take an exceptional offer to do so, so that will be £10.00 increased from £5.00 plus a free life membership and benefits to a lodge of his choice as well as a free hair transplant.

Shankland was the 1 good player they signed in the summer of 2022..
Kent was the only good player they signed last summer
Hopefully they continue the pattern next summer and sign one good player and another pile of squad fillers.

As for expecting a 41 year old player to come back after a year out and be a significant improvement on Clarke, I don't see it but I do see the daft buggers giving him an extended contract.
I also noted that the good but now perma injured Boyce triggered an extra year on his contract so another big wage draining the coffers for another season.

As for Tefal, can't see them getting anymore in the summer than we got for Nisbet. He's a good goal scorer but is glacially slow which could well see him at Hearts for the last year of his contract before someone picks him up on the cheap or for free.

They are looking poor at the moment. Have a really slow midfield and scrappy doo will miss the derby on the 27th through injury.
The next marker is coming up, which is the completion of the 2nd round of league matches. They have 6 games left including Celtic and we have 5 including Rangers. We could do with winning the Derby and beating St J, Ross Co and Motherwell.

Indeed.

Just sums up why they are a team of cloggers.

Hearts are slow and soft middle to front.
Baningime looks concerned about getting injured again and doesn't progress the ball forward quickly.
The young Australian that plays alongside him, Calem Nieuwenhof, is still to settle and again doesn't progress the ball forward quickly.
As a result the opposition are set up defensively by the time they get round to moving it forward.
Scrappy doo (Devlin) wins the ball but then loses it again or runs it out of play ... then wins it back and loses it again.
They haven't managed to replace the fast and effective Ginnelly. Their two Japanese guys Oda and Tagawa as well as the Costa Rican Vargas are all still settling and are not getting traction. They have very few young players coming through their academy to the 1st team.
Like Hibs were a year ago they look like project city. I'm honestly struggling to understand how they have managed to go backwards but it has allowed us to start very slowly this season but neck and neck going into the 3rd round of fixtures after we play Rangers in January.

Shankland will be away either in January or definitely next summer.
Best scottish striker IMO...what he lacks in pace he more than makes up for in movement and finishing quality, and he has that great knack which all good strikers have in anticipating and reading a move so he is in the right place at the right time in the penalty box to score.
They will want to hold on to him till next summer because he is crucial to them getting third spot.

Just saw his goal against the Smellies.
Fair play to the weird looking fucker, he manages to pack a fair amount of power into that unfeasibly large forehead.

Makes you wonder why no team apart from their big bros have been interested in the tefal heed 🤷‍♂️ as the funny fans have been sayiing all season, take the kettle out their team and they are fucked

13 goals this season. The next highest scorers have 2! And he's as many as the rest of them combined! If they sell him this window they're goosed.
