The brighton constituency is possibly the most bohemian in the uk; full of wealthy, frivolous sorts, without the responsibilities and concerns of the average person. It is telling indeed that they have returned the Green party.

It's not just about concern over the environment but how you respond to that. The Greens are hippy dippy loony lefty sorts, and only affluent trendies could afford to vote for them.
