It is a long read but a decent read. Everything seems to take an age to build is this country.
The Romans left better roads than we have now.
As soon as something new eventually gets built (usually years over the stated compleation date and waaaay over budget) it seems said new build needs repaired no long after opening.
Remember the farce at Holyrood when the windows got replaced by 'bomb proof' windows?
Please Mr Terrorist (or they/them/it terrorist) the dafties sitting in Holyrood will cause more damage to Scotland than your bombs ever could. So as is the want of the dafties just now Be Nice. It's a vote winner.....
