Freeview boxes

I am thinking of dumping my Virgin telly due to various reasons and just sticking a freeview box in...

Any advice and tips on Freeview boxes and what stations can / can't you get on a Freeview box

There is about 50ish but dont watch that many.

Well i suppose this was about 6 months ago i did it, but i had to sign up first to be able to view the channels, maybe it works differently now though.
