A group of us Hibs C’s have arranged a one off screening of Eintracht Frankfurt and Warner Bros film production on Eintracht’s cup final win in 2018.
The film has been a big success not only in Frankfurt region but throughout Germany. It should be something that would appeal to football fans in general.
The English version is now available and when we asked Eintracht about the possibility of screening it in a cinema here, the club asked if they could send a few people over and help make an event of it.
It will be shown at the Cameo on Sat 25 May (cup final day) at 11:00. It’s 93 minutes long.
Everyone is welcome and the more the merrier.
The cost will be split equally and will hopefully be around the fiver mark. Strictly non-profit making so any surplus would go to a worthwhile charity or 2. Kids obviously free. We don’t envisage any issues with a sell oot as it’s one of their bigger cinemas.
Optional pintage thereafter to see if Inverness can add to their honours list. Possibly the Bierhoose who have been accommodating to us before.
Edinburgh Adler Facebook page has an invite to note interest. Once we have a rough idea of numbers it’s likely a paypal account would be used for payment as the cinema will need paid in advance. Alternative booking and payment options will be available - like Big G
