hi anyone bought property in orlando in the past year or so. if so can you let me know of any pitfalls. going next year to hopefully buy a villa. cheers:sɯɐʎ
 
I was there last October. The number up for sale was astronomical. This was primarily through the Americans clawing back the bad debt. Ergo good time to buy, nice and cheap bad time to get a mortgage. If you are thinking of rental as a means of subsidising the mortgage Orlando is absolutely saturated with rental villas and the competition is fierce. Insurance can be problematic as it sits nicely in the middle of hurricane alley but you do get good value for money. If you do decide to buy I'll have the first fortnight in November :coffee:
