DaddyK said:I thought he was too lenient in the first half, they were clattering us left right and centre. Though overall, he handled it well enough. It was a pen, Ivan was total fcuking arse of the highest order and Gary was burst for pace and did his best to compensate. No complaints from me overall.
I think we are such a small side, that we allowed them to bully us off the ball on occasion. My mate is Performance Director for Northern Rugby club, he was in fits over the size of our little lads against the larger YAMS - he would not even have them on the same park and without being heightest, he is spot on.
That said, the YAMS were the ones that actually got battered:
YETI out
CONCLAVES, looked a real bad one and I think in hindsight the ref was wrong to book Gordon, from where I was, I was worried sick he was dead or in a Coma.
What's your view Paddy?

PaddyBarry said:Well done to the Hibbies round me who remembered it was just a game by applauding Goncalves as he was stretchered away. I think he acknowledged this too.
DaddyK said:I was disappointed in Tony the day, piss poor psychological management of the team.
DaddyK said:Funnily enough you were in the next bloc of seats to me, I would've said hello, but I was not for moving with the immodium still to fully kick in:sad![]()
I think the match assessor will pick him up on it too. Bad call.
Though to be fair, from the Hibs end there was so much shouting, it was easy to see where his mind was at![]()
DaddyK said:I thought the way he conducted himself prior to and during this game, was amateurish. He has a job to do, to instill confidence where there is none,to make players believe in themselves and play beyond themselves. His body language was defeatist, his energy levels were zero and his post-match rationalisation awful.
We were humped, yes we have a weak squad, yes we have less resources in-depth - but look at bloody Gretna, who the fcuk are they and what's so special about them. BELIEF, pure and simple and today it wasn't there for us.
This is only the second time I've been disappointed with Tony btw, but he needs to sort it out. He talks of motivating, psychological insight etc. There was none today, he led the lads to doom. Proud he might've been, but there is a time to wiley and he has to learn that.
DaddyK said:You've not been alive long enough. The day the takeover was announced, was sadness. This, this is a mere bagatelle my boy.![]()
Chin-up, we'll get there. It may need another re-radicalisation of the support. Still, I'm working on a couple of things to do just that![]()

) but it would be good to see us win at the game of football, in a way, a club of our proud stature should.DaddyK said:It's only going to take sustained pressure mate, in lots of different forms.![]()
