Lots of clubs who've broke the rules who should all be punished, majority of leagues in Europe have now FFP of some sort yet England and there fans can't get there heads around the fact they've been overspending for years.
 
The super rich never play by the rules.
An army of lawyers to change anything that stops them doing what they want.
The EPL has been dead to me for a good few years.
As I have said before it's just an investment hub now. Football is just the vehicle.
