Hmm, i wonder who`ll get full use of those facilities instead of working towards paying for and building their own training centre....:hmmm
 
so the fritzls get away with paying for the use of somewhere that then gets a 30Million upgrade that they'll continue to use.

that is fucked up
 
I hope their rents are going up... When you rent a VW polo you pay less than when you rent a Ferrari.
 
Saying it for years, Hibernian should try and get out of playing in Scotland.

There just is no level playing field in this country.

Why would the gunts get it rent free?
They have to rent it now, not a chance they will a more costly one for free.
Gunt delusions will always be there....
They can gloat all they want, it won't be theirs....
Only clubs big enough to afford their own
training academy do so

They'll pay rent, but they'll not contribute to the construction costs.IF they are still around, they'll have access to the best training facilities in Scotland, funded directly and indirectly by the tax payer.

For specific period of time.
Kicked out by students etc.
This is for through whole of Scotland and a whole range of sports.
No way they will get any special use, part time facilities.
Id prefer to have our own, for our use 24hrs a day.

Falkirk use the Sports Academy facilities at Stirling Uni and pay handsomely for the privilege - I doubt the gunts would get a look in here unless they are prepared to pay the going rate.

which, if packaged correctly, could become a revenue stream also....
 
If it's run by sports Scotland they'll run it tightly and no get messed around. They are directly answerable to government so under pretty strict scrutiny.

Of course, the story is from McLauchlin so how much truth is in it is up for debate but he doesn't miss the chance to continue to write blatant lies about them -

"The club pays between 400,000 and 500,000 per year at the facility" ...... ehm - sorry ???


Presumably writing "The club saves itself a few bob by bumping HWU" would threaten his love-in with them !!
