Afternoon

My far better half is thinking of applying to a Modern Studies post at Drummond. Specifically social subjects area.

Do any of you know anyone there you could ask or know yourself regarding current behaviour & effectiveness of management there?

Was pretty mixed when I was a kid with mostly decent kids and a few complete bampots that I don't think the teachers really had proper control of.

Had a look online but the most recent school report I could find was from 2004.

A new report must be imminent as, if I recall correctly, reports were on a three-year cycle.

My daughter worked there for a couple of years. She seemed to think it was ok (but she did move on when offered a better job elsewhere).

My nephew has just left and loved it, as did a few people I spoke to at a recent reunion who have kids there.
Think this is Mr Spalding finally leaving, what a magic teacher he was!

It's my catchment non-denom and we have neighbours whose kids are at the school. Also have some idea of the set up there from a professional perspective - will PM you later on.
