Sean Mackie starts tonight. Be interesting to see how he's doing up there.

I’m quite looking forward to watching it. There has been a ridiculous amount of goals in the last few of the Dundee Derby’s something like there’s been at least 6 goals in each of the last 8 games...or I’m talking shit and made that one up, 1 of the 2

BBC2 a minute ago Elvis boring the crap ooti his interviewer.

Half an hour in and absolutely nothing has happened.

Yip. Even that came to nothing. This game needs a goal big time.

Why the fuck did we not sign Shankland in the summer?? Just checked his wiki page and he's scored 80 goals in 90 appearances in all competitions since the start of 2017/18

Because (so I have been told) he was looking for an absolute fortune which no other club in Scotland or England for that matter was willing to give him on the strength of a one-off season with Ayr United in the Scottish Championship. United are so desperate for promotion they were willing to break the bank to get him in for the season. He will be away at the end of the season down south after he has helped get United back up and his stock will be higher.

Given the money UTD seem to have forked out they don’t seem that good.
That said they will romp the Championship. That says more about the general standard than it does about them.
I think the same could be said about the SPL, the gap between the bigot brothers and the rest is widening rapidly.

Dundee utd celebrating last night like they celebrated when they beat us 1-0 in a Friday night game at tannadice in December 2016.

Apparently being paid a fortune already.

Notts forest seemingly lining up a sizeable offer though. Not something we would be able to compete with.

In fairness, it was a huge win.
Think they are certs to finish top of the league this time. They can't afford to fail again.
