They certainly couldn't turn down that sort of money for the injury prone Dembele, but they have failed to strengthen at the back and that could cost them in the long run. No Champions League money is a disaster and with a resurgent huns breathing down their necks Rodgers is under pressure for the first time. A defeat on Sunday will just make things worse. To be honest they are still the strongest squad and I expect them to win the league again but it will be closer than before.

It will affect their Europa League chances but will spend money in Jan to win league. I’ll take 4th for us again since Huns spending money they don’t have again and the gunts had to be better than last year. We will be as good as last year at best!
