Getting my tin hat back on from the fish supper thread but tartare sauce is the business for fish and chips so it gets my vote.

Horseradish would be a close second.

The other two...meh.
 
Has to be horseradish. When I visited the Pepper Palace at Lake Arrowhead back in April, I sampled a microdot of what they claimed was the world's hottest horseradish. I don't know if it's true but it certainly cleared my sinuses pronto! Actually very tasty after the initial punch in the face.
