I use thebox.bz for British TV.
Need to register first and meet a targeted download/upload ratio

eztv.it for US TV - easy as pie, no registration

seventorrents.com - as above (pay attention to ratings on quality of picture etc)

All the above just need a couple of clicks before its downloading in utorrent (nae fannying about approach unlike some sites where you need to jump through hoops or get redirected herem there and everywhere wi nae f*kn download yeah? )

I always use the Pirate Bay. Just Google Piratebay mirrors list and you'll find a long list of sites that your ISP haven't managed to block

EDIT: I know hee haw about Macs so not sure if this helps the OP or not!
