Did anybody else get the mail in spetember with ref to BT putting up their prices across the board ???
I did , i then decided enough is enough ,after them having 530 million in Govt handouts which is paid for with our tax money , they then turn around and say they are not making enough profit !!
I then decided to move supplier , bearing in mind their letter stated i would recieve no early termination charges if i did move because of price increases
lo and behold my current and last bill arrives from BT and yes they charged me 75 early termination fees
as i do with all my mail i always keep for at least a year , and i re-read the details , in the last paragraph which i cc'd to BT after complaining , they then refunded me the 75 charge from my bill leaving me in a positive charge situation and means they have to send me a cheque instead .woohoo
did anyone else get notified and decide to move ???
