Just an understanding of how to better coach his players I think.
Week on week the improvements are showing. Now it's getting pretty fluid from a forward going perspective.

I've always thought there's a good squad of players there. Just lacking a balance and proper direction.

Only Boyle's was a proper clear cut chance, rest have been half chances.
Keep creating and the averages will catch up.

Would like to see Elding staying central and in the box though.

Enjoying our performance so far, really encouraging. First thought from most is to go forward, Iredale still hasn't got the memo but he did put a cracking ball in.

The same issues persist which we didn’t resolve in the transfer window.

Feels like we’re a little more intense, and we’ve tweaked a couple of things but nothing radically different to what’s gone before I think.

Newell looks like a different player. The intensity shown within the play is encouraging.
