I was wondering if Nikki or anyone else with good knowledge about the under 19's can tell he if Aaron Chalmers the young centre half who was playing regularly a year ago for the under 19's is still at the club ? Reason for asking is that every time I saw him play he looked very impressive and a definate first team prospect for the future. It's just that I have seen no mention of him either being kept on or released by the club.

aaron got released at the end of the season. he is currently seeking a new club.

quite a few of the 19s got released, i will get a full list etc on here during the week

I must say I am a bit surprised by this as he really did look the part any time I saw the under 19's. Hopefully he will find a new club soon, same with the others who were released.

i wasnt greatly surprised as he is to old for the under 19s this coming season and it would be another player in limbo at hibs. also his attitude wasnt that great, he needs to settle down and listen to coaches more and he could go far.

David Love, Matty Welch, Thomas McCready, Fergus Bell, Lewis Graham also seem to have been let go along with Aaron who where all to old next season for the under 19's.

yes thomas was the youth player from everton. sadly he picked up a couple of injuries during the season so he couldnt keep a regular came, but also Hibs have so many midfielders it wouldnt be fair keeping him on as he wouldnt get a game, espeically if the reserve league isnt reinstated
