I think we will easily sell it, 9,000 is good going for season ticket holders alone, perfectly feasable 1,500 couldnt have got along yet & are waiting for the weekend to get one:thumbgrin

It's just a bit pish that it's only 1 per person for the public sale,A few folk i know who are travelling on the Bounce buses are having to take a day off work just to get tickets :(
 
I think it will sell out, Whats 20,000 tickets for Arguably the most important Derby in decades.

I think well sell-out no problem, 9,000 so far & still more season ticket holders to go, plus the public sale. :worthy

The information given out by the ticket office/official site is, once again at odds. My partner was in today to collect tickets for Saturday. I asked her to double check the situation regarding concession (children) tickets for the semi. She was assured that one adult could purchase three childrens tickets but only one adult ticket. Hibs official site clearly states that an adult can buy one concession (if available)!

Re the numbers sold; 11,000 season ticket holders, 9,000 tickets sold. Smart money says that the other two thousand want to sit beside someone who is not a ST holder.

Got mine today. Girl in the shop said i can bring them back in on Monday and swap them for seats beside the other 2 that i need.:bbb:
 
:bbb: I still think Hibs will change the One per person for public sale NEXT WEEK... I waited two and a half hours on monday. By then every one who had voucher/stub season book will be happy...No?:dunno:

If all season ticket holders buy tickets and add to that the people with vouchers which is what, 4000. Theres 17 000 tickets sold. Then comes the public sale and who knows how much there will be there. Remember only 600 were locked out of the dundee utd game. Does that mean that only 600 extra people cared about semi tickets? Or will a whole load just try pick up tickets. who knows.
 
considering we took around 20k fans for the semi last year we should deffinately sell our allocation:bbb:
 
9000 sold so far with only ST holders being allowed to buy is superb. How many ST holders do we have ~ 12000 so a 75% pick up with 2 days to go is excellent.

Today and tomorrow the 4K ish Utd voucher holders can get their hands on a ticket. I know some ST holders who held back to this point to get tickets with Voucher Holders and some will not be panicking and simply waiting till the Public Sale on Monday to go with fans with no priority.

Of Course we will sell out. It was never in doubt. To me Hibs have handled this very well, though one thing I am not clear on is if locals could use a Postal Request system like we have been allowed to coming from the West. If they could have done and it was publicised I am sure many 100's would have taken that route of using a recordere delivery route rather than driving / queueing etc.

With all the talk of queues and stuff, and seeing as I've already had mine collected for me, can anybody enlighten me as to what the deal is with collecting tickets for other things (specifically the train tickets). Are they putting semi tickets into a seperate queue, or can I expect a four hour wait tomorrow morning for the train tickets?

You're tickets haven't been collected yet Si - my old man just filled out a form leaving all of our details and is picking them up tomorrow, presumably with hundreds of other folk in a similar situation.

My guess is that it's going to be carnage. The only way it will be avoided is if they do what they did on the first day of the season, and let out that church hall next door and have all the tickets in alphabetical envelopes ready to just pick up (obviously not self service). Then it should be OK!

Ahhh so we all have to get down early then? I wanted to renew my ticket for next season tomorrow as well, so hopefully they'll have it like you say - semi ticket's or collections in the church hall. Will be carnage otherwise, as people will be trying to use ticket office for various reasons, not just semi final.

Glad to see the NHS paying you to post on here too, as well as emailing me neighbours related questions :wink:
