St Mirren
I like Jim Goodwin's attitude and he has recruited potentially some good players on a very tight budget. He just gives the impression as a manager of a small club in the top league he knows what he is doing. He was a bit of a hammer thrower as a player, but he wants his team to play good attacking football, but has the sense to know you have to build from the back and have leaders in your team.
Tony Fitzpatrick can be a bit of a slaver, but I tend to agree with him when he said that he thinks St Mirren could make top 6 next season.
Also think Dundee United could surprise a few people.
