It's one of the core development areas in West Lothian - there are about 3000 new houses planned for the area.
Expect lots of site traffic!

What place doesn't have nosey neighbours!!!! I used to live in clermiston and was coming home one morning at about 5:30. The old dear next door was standing at her window staring at me. To say I shat myself would be mild!!! Site traffic is at the other end of the town so not sure if most would be coming off the m9 further up the road.- - - Updated - - -

Apparently they're building a spur on to the m9 to compensate. Meant to be getting the train station back as well. Traffic not too bad for myself as start at 7 and finish at 4. Plus would be working from home two days a week.

Stayed there for 24 years, certain places are ok to stay. They're eventually building new primary schools and a High school. There is a big development going on at the moment 3000 houses being built.

Looking down glass road way at the start of the estate. Dunno if I'm right or wrong but looks the further you get into millgate the rougher it gets?!Had a look up at tippetknowe but didn't like the house.

Millgate is grubby

Glass Road is quiet, I usED to stay in Glass Crescent which was good but started getting worse as the years went on.

Tippetknowes rd' is where my Parents stay just now. Very Quiet but absolutely crazy with cars and trying to get parked is nuts unless you have a drive way.

Getting worse in a mentalist sort of way? My stepdad was a taxi driver in westlothian and some boy threatened to chib him in tippetknowes when he had the cheek to ask the boy to pay his fare!! What's the boozer like?

Tally ho hotel? Never really went in to be honest but I know the bowling club is not bad mostly full of oldies.

Just the people that were moving in over the years. Glass crescent was all old people at one point but the as the years went on more down and outters moved in.

my old neighbour fell out with his girlfriend went outside and put a brick through his own window.
