Which makes me wonder, why they seem to sell players on for such a profit? You can bet your wages that if ir were Hibs with the same pkayer, we would be extremely lucky to pull back 5m. So are they really good at finding talented players, or are other teams paying inflated prices believing they must be good?

Champions League (not this year) and Europa League standard and all that.
Then you have wage levels coming into it.

Because of who they used to be, they still manage to scrape by with this image of some mega European outfit.
Celtic more so, there's a lot of love for Celtic Park among old European greats.

Also the wages they pay increase player values.
If we were able to pay £1.5 to £2million per year we'd see much higher fees.
