Assuming you're using Windows 7 and Office 2003/7/10/13?
According to the link below, your Username should be appended with @btinternet which I don't see in the screenshot.
If that doesn't fix it, next thing I would do is run a repair on Office
Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and features -> Highlight Microsoft Office... and click on Change at the top of the pane In the box that opens, click the Repair radio button and click continue (That may fix it but I'm not over confident as it rarely fixes anything but who knows)
Also, if it flat refuses to remember your password, then Credential manager may be playing up. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Credential Manager then:
Click on the Down arrow next to any credentials that Mention Outlook or BT internet and click on Remove from vault. This will make windows forget them and you will need to input them again
If none of these work, then you could try and get rid of the .pst file (the local copy of your mail)
This is *should* be in C:\Users\Yourusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook and are indicated by the Outlook icon with a little blue arrow pointing left & right under it. Cut and paste it into another folder and start Outlook, it will then re-download all your mail from the BT server.
NOTE: Appdata is a hidden folder so if you can't see it when you get as far as C:\Users\Yourusername then you need to View hidden files/folders. To do this, Click on Organize in the top left of the Explorer Pane, Click on Folder and search options, Click on the View tab then look for the Hidden Files and Folders section and click on the Show hidden files, folders, and drives radio button.
If that doesn't work could try removing and re-adding your Outlook Profile using the settings in the below link, but if that doesn't work then you would need to use their webmail interface at
