You are missing the point. All the pyro on the continent is dome in sectors where there are no women, kids, yoochoob ultras etc. Folk in those areas know what to expect. They dont set off flares amongst normal fans or throw them into their own support, unlike Hibs kiddy on "ultras". We had pyro and Wemberlee, Hamden and even Princes St gardens on sat with no problems. Time and a place and all that
