Tommy Wright sacked at Kilmarnock. 5 points behind in the league and the board are panicking. I heard something earlier today about a club saying relegation would end them. Think it was Livingston though. Possibly failing to get promotion to the Premiership might finish Killie.

Looks like a knee jerk panicky decision by the Killie board...seems to be the time of the year for such things.

Yeah it was Martindale on about Covid and Livi. Said if they go down could be the end of them and was praying that their game would be called off.
Seems like what you see is what you get with that guy. Seemed honest, not bad for somebody who has been inside.

What you see is what you get is spot on.

One has to draw one’s own conclusions.

I heard him on Radio today regarding Covid. The most honest analysis of any person in fitba I've heard so far. I tip my hat son.

I like fans in the west, 20 minutes from Glasgow, who support their local team. If they were Hunnish they'd be Huns.
You've never witnessed or heard a hunnish element in their support?

Apart from the West coast disease that you must be on one side or the other, they play in blue , and killie boys fits well with Billy boys, then I can't say I haven't seen many U jacks, or heard GSTQ from them. Came across many in Middletons pre match and they tend to be fitba guys with their mates.

Any football supporter who doesn't support the Green or Blue Huns is doing something right.
As another poster said most of the Kilmarnock guys you meet pre match in the boozer are folk interested in football and are usually good for a chat.

I was taken to view a development in that area which had been painted in "Kilwinning Green".

Turned out that was a royal blue.
