Tied down longterm at the tic, if only. Not sure about poor mentoring. He got on well with Fenlon describing him like a father figure. Fair to said we got alot of Leigh. Rogers claims he's close with him. Obviously it's in a managers best interest to ensure they get the best out their players.

To be fair, G, Leigh has just been given several months off at least which also appears to be open-ended, but that's because he is a player and that's possible to do. You can't give a manager a similar break because there aren't 37 other managers at the club: so if NL's situation was anything like Leigh's, then all I was ever personally arguing was that he should walk away in the interests of his health which is more important than his job. Thankfully, it appears that's not the case.
